Correct part, missing grease December 6, 2015
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Saint Paul, MN United States
The part works great and the step-by-step instruction video was an indispensable resource. My only issue was that the grease that was supposed to be included with this part was not initially shipped. I left a voice message that was not returned, but the missing grease was shipped immediately and with no charge when I called again a few days later.

With the help of door-parts.com, you can do it! February 10, 2015
Reviewer: JB from NH United States
I never worked on a garage door opener but when mine stopped working that changed in a hurry. I opened it up, saw a shredded whit plastic gear and headed to the internet. The search engine came up with several and I chose door-parts.com. I found the part I needed. I watched their video showing the changing of the gear. I ordered the gear and pin driver (very handy). They came in 2 days and the gear was installed just like the video showed. I recommend them 100%.
