The experience with your website was great. It's easy to use, easy to navigate and the price is extremely good. However this particular remote control sucks. This is the eighth remote I've had to buy in 20 years. I can't get any other remote to work with my opener, so I'm stuck buying this one. At least your price is way better than the Overhead Door store.

Tyler went above and beyond assisting me with a garage remote compatible for a much older, but perfectly good Overhead Door Company model built in the mid-90s. He was able to confirm the right remote with correct mhz that would work with the model and even wrote a personalized note on the package to give him a call if I had programming questions. He saved me hundreds of dollars from greedy garage door technicians who claimed no remote will pair with an outdated garage door opener and that I would have to buy a new opener. Ordered two of this remotes. Were a little tricky to set up, but once i did worked great. Very happy to find this company and the remotes. They are rare and they cannot be found at local stores
This is the 7th remote I've had to buy in 20 years. It's not the best remote, but I haven't found a different remote that will sync with my garage door opener. Out of the seven remotes I have bought, yours has been the best priced. I also said the speed of shipping could be improved, but I blame that on usps.

Was able to open my garage door by pushing a buuton on my Honda. When I traded in my Honda for a new SUV the ability to open from my SUV was not an option, so need a remote to open it. The gerage door opener was a pre1995 unit & wasn't sure if I could find a remote to work with this old Garage door. Did a Google search & found Door-Parts with various remotes. Not sure what I needed, i contacted Door-Parts & thru on of their agents ,was instructed on how to find pertinent info on the garage door ,which enabled me to order the correct remote, The package included detailed instructions on how to set up the remote so it would open the door. Glad to say everything worked out fine with the help of Door-Parts. Thank you so much. The inconvenience of not be able to use the garage door was very real.

Easy to order and product was delivered early.
Remote arrived on time in perfect condition. But I mistakenly got the 390 mhz and really needed the 360 mhz so it was my error.

I set the dip switches using my older remote as a model and this new the remote is working perfectly in our other car.

Ever since I bought my house 10 years ago, I had been living without a remote for the old Overhead Door opener that was installed in the garage. Got this remote today, and was able to match the program switches on the main board, and it works like a charm. Can't believe I didn't do this sooner!
I have a very old Overhead garage door. I got this remote and could not get it working. I emailed back to Door-Parts and Tony provided an explanation and better instructions than what came with the opener. I 100% recommend this site for any of your needs. Tony is very helpful!!
