Great
I have 3 older Wayne Dolton doors i purchased in 2000 when I built my house. The torque master springs do not last long. It is nice that I can still purchase just the TM/TM1 springs after they fail. Thanks Rory Magnuson

Great product & shipping was faster than expected. Replaced my Wayne Dalton garage door springs in less than 2 hours. Got a quote from a garage door company and they wanted to convert my garage door to the torsion springs for $600. Will definitely be using this company again!!

The bottom flap of the shipping box was not taped very well and came open. One of the bearings I ordered was not in the box as it appeared it was in a plastic bag that was also not sealed. Didn't want to post negative pictures on the product review.

Great instructions, easy to install if you've ever used a socket wrench and a power drill.
Had my garage door serviced by a specialist company. I asked what lubricant did he recommend and showed me a can of the 400-HD. He was correct in that it is more expensive than what you can buy in stores, but he swore by it and won't use anything else. I recently cleaned the tracks and rollers with Brake Kleen than lubricated all the contact areas with 400-HD. Works great so far and doesn't appear to attract dirt or create greasy build up. The can says 1 application is good for a year, so time will tell.
Your website and prices were easy to use and the prices were reasonable. I called my local store and they wanted $15 more for each remote, plus a $100 service fee to program them.

I was absolutely impressed from start to finish with this company. I don’t typically write reviews but, because of the help that Tyler S. Gave me, I feel compelled to. I didn’t know where to turn because I knew nothing about a Wayne Dalton spring system. I watched a man on YouTube who provided a link to this company and decided to give it a shot. Long story short, I received an email, which I followed up with a phone call to Tyler S., that blew me away. This company saw my order and thought I made a mistake with the weight and wanted to make sure I didn’t order the wrong one! I’ve never heard of a company that cared like that, especially today. Tyler and I talked for almost 1/2 hour about the door spring amongst other things. After hanging up, I knew that this company had my back if there was a problem. I received the spring, followed the directions and it went on with ease, I couldn’t believe it. Thank you for the help Tyler! Excellent company, excellent service, and excellent product!

Our garage door broke unexpectedly. Our house is only 4.5 years old and we never thought the garage door spring would go. Most of our local repair places wouldn't repair Tourque Master systems. I was able to take the spring down on my own and figure out how to repair it. I am a moderate DIYer. It's a reasonable project and probably saved me at least $500 to do it myself. The instructions were even in the shipping box so I didn't need to look them up. Great job!

I needed the bottom seal strip for Wayne Dalton 9000 series garage door, homedepot and lowes nearby didn't have any in stock but I'm happy that Door-Parts had the right part for me. The price was fair and the shipping was quick, thank you Door-Parts!
Product description made finding the right product easy and the fix was quick and straight forward. Instructions and diagrams were easy to follow. Fix was completed in less than an hour and the door was running like normal in no-time.
