I started with the website-had found exactly what I needed, so I placed the order. When the order came up , I realized my old address was the shipping address, so I called customer service and left a message. He called me back moments later, got the address corrected, then we talked about the shipping options-he was able to get the order to me in about half the time. Very happy with my experience.
Remote works perfectly with my garage door opener and only took a minute to program. Perfect small size clips to the visor in my car.
Quick to answer my questions and confirm the right springs needed. Thanks so much!

I asked for expedited shipping and the parts arrived the second day. Everything fitted nicely and my garage door is working perfectly fine now.

The website is good. Could use a little more disclaimer on what directions the customer took to verify their decision in selecting the springs. I do realize most folks aren’t technical. However, you dont want to scrutinize your technical customers with back n forth emails when they knew what they selected. Plus it will help the fulfillment team with efficiency improvements. Less time at the desk with e-mails, more time filling orders, organization, & etc. Maybe another idea. Send an e-mail to the buyer, on how they came to their spring rate conclusion. If they are concerns. I do appreciate Tyler taking the time with the emails, confirming my selection. Perhaps they’re some efficiencies to look into, to help all out? Thanks.

product lacked instructions. W D garage door metal is paper thin such that provided screws strip extremely eazy. i'm going to add construction adhesive to strengthen the fit to the door as i do not trust the screws. Not your fault - it a WD issue.
