Truly a great company to deal with. Using a chat I was able to order ALL the right parts the first time for my sixteen foot garage door. The roller mechanism was old and they had a Torquemaster Plus Spring kit as my replacement. It contained stronger gauge springs and a bonus safety improvement. On their website I found perfect how to videos to install the new upgrade. The order also contained the step by step procedure in well written/pictoral paper work. The gentleman from their chat line helped me finalize the purchase. He was equipped to answer every technical question I needed to know. He is a true asset within their company In the future, with other older garage doors I have I will make them my only call. Jimmy S

Everything went well. I fortunately had the installation instructions from the springs I had ordered earlier that contained the instructions on how to adjust and trim the cables. May want to consider including them with this particular product or have a scan code for people to look them up quickly on their phone. All said, may door operates great!
Everything worked out well. Product was great too!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My garage door quit working on Christmas Day, of all days! I placed an order that evening with DOOR-PARTS.com, fully expecting not to hear anything until after the holidays. Boy, was I wrong! The very next morning, I received a personal email from Tyler S. to confirm a few details on my order. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the level of customer service truly exceeded my expectations—especially during the holidays. Fast response, great communication, and outstanding personal service. Thanks so much, Tyler S.! I highly recommend DOOR-PARTS.com.
everything was great. having a little problem with cable winding on drum crooked, though i believe its my issue.
Great exact parts that I needed.
everything went well; your prices were great compared to other websites. shipping was a little pricey, but I received the parts in a timely manner and was able to fix the problem. I would order from you again if I have another problem with my garage door.
Everything worked the way it was expected and big thanks to the customer service rep that made sure I had the right size.
Cable hubs fit fine and the cable wire adjustment was pretty easy.
