After working for a garage door company for 13 years when I was younger and 2 shoulder replacements I know how hard it was to get springs replaced. So when family members needed help with their doors I could help them with there help. Was buying parts locally. They started charging me outrageous prices!!! So online I go found you guys and wow I could by the same springs for more than 1/2 the price I was paying locally with shipping. Didn’t expect the fast shipping but greatly appreciated. Use a cable clamp to get them back working. You’re my new go to guys now. Thank you I will be telling my friends about you that I worked with 👍👍👍
Tyler was great in identifying something odd about my online order and contacting me to double check. Turns out he was right and saved me a heap of grief. Awesome prices and great service, I very highly recommend!
Was deal with quickly and with courtesy. Had to reconfigure the spring as it came from a very old door with 1-3/4" diameter ID. Techs got it made within an hour and was ready for picking up. Thanks!
