You could send the parts that matches the the brand and model number presented in the order. 8 ordered the worm gearbox repair for a geni model number gcg 350, that is not what I got.

The Genie GCG 350 is a chain drive opener, and this Helical Drive Gear (108609-0001) is made for Genie screw drive models, so it won’t fit your unit. Genie has discontinued the worm gear and drive gears for the GCG chain drive models, so we don’t have a matching part to send. We have emailed you return instructions for this order. Only had a shipping delay because of a back order. Not their fault.
Not able to provide photos in action since this is a replacement of my backup part.
