Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 45 reviews.
Im glad that a new updated kit was offered to go with the updated springs. Shipping was fast, but UPS messed up and shipped the roller/hardware kit elsewhere. I did receive it in the end though. Install was fairly easy and straight forward. Just read the instructions thoroughly first, then read again. Simple hand tools are needed, but nothing special. There are plenty of videos on YouTube that give some good tips and advice.
Thank you for helping us get what we needed and so quickly!
Tyler did a great job once again!
Will buy from again and recommend doing business with this company. Everything fit and worked as described…

Came one day late but very happy we were able to fix our garage
Very impressed with order being shipped same day and arriving only a few days later.
The parts fit correctly, their prices are competitive, most of all their customer service is great. Buy your door parts here!
Tyler was very responsive when I had an issue with the replacement springs I ordered. He solved it quickly and we have a functioning garage door again!
Very straightforward and easy. This was the easiest springs I ever changed. I felt very safe doing the repairs. Thank you - Kenny
Service was good
Right and left brackets went on fine. However, center bracket would not slide on and the black plastic bushing cracked when I tried to tap it onto pole. I thus had to reuse my old center bracket/bushing.
Good experience
Product works as advertised. Thank you!
Only used the springs, and they worked great!
Worked a expected. All good.
Great product and customer service! Will order more replacement parts if needed from here in the future.
The springs were the wrong springs. The gear ends actually fit my old springs which were not broke like I thought. The springs sent had small splines but my old ones had thicker splines. Need to send the springs back, I'm just waiting on an email. Thanks
I have a background in home improvement… I understand how a garage door works …. I was not familiar with Wayne Dalton at all. I called as I needed a bit more information… The sals rep. Was very patient with me. I did have some numbers but they were worn out . He waited as I went back to the door and found a model number…. With that he now knew the springs I needed . He also gave me the balance weight of the door ( those were the worn out numbers) the total weight of the door . Unfortunately the spring broke with the care in the garage. I had to use two day air. Still saved a lot of money. My neighbor had paid 2 k to have the springs replaced. I highly recommend this company. They sell OME stuff . I saw cheaper springs but they did not come complete with the rod and ends. If you are a do it yourself person this is your supplier….
Fast delivery
Excellent customer service. When a part was lost in shipping, they overnighted the missing part, and I was able to complete the job on time.

My garage door works again!
Everything was great - product , speed of shipping, and customer service. Thank you! My garage door is working again!
Just extremely satisfied. Yes it was a bummer the door broke in the first place but nice to know it was something that I could repair at a reasonable price and having someone to talk to that was knowledgable in the repair and what was needed.

I updated my garage door spring assembly from a TorqueMaster to a TorqueMaster plus. The recommended parts from Door Parts arrived quickly and everything went as well as I had hoped for. It's a much better system than the original TorqueMaster and there are videos on line that helped me complete the job without any problems. Thanks to Tyler at Door Parts for sending the right parts at a good price. Saved a lot of money doing it myself.
