How to Order TorqueMaster Springs

Most Competitive Pricing You Will See!
We want you to get your door fixed without the stress of worrying about cost.

You can find most of the TorqueMaster ordering information you need labeled on your garage door spring tube. Most doors have this information located on the LEFT SIDE of the spring tube. The word weight has two common abbreviations: Wt. and Wgt.

We have simplified the ordering process to ensure a smooth experience for our customers. We understand the urgency and frustrations that come with a broken garage door.  If you have any doubts, comments, or any questions locating ordering information, please reach out using the chat feature below or by emailing us using the Contact Us page.

It is recommended that you replace all springs. Residential springs have a life expectancy of 10,000 cycles. Depending on use, this is an average of 6-7 years. If one spring has failed, it is likely the paired spring will soon fail as well.

Order now to get your garage door up and running in no time.

Wayne Dalton officially discontinued the TorqueMaster Original in 2025. While these parts are becoming increasingly rare, we still have most Original Style Springs in stock and ready to ship. If you prefer to upgrade to the current standard, check out our TorqueMaster Plus Conversion Kits.

I have 3 older Wayne Dolton doors i purchased in 2000 when I built my house. The torque master springs do not last long. It is nice that I can still purchase just the TM/TM1 springs after they fail. Thanks Rory Magnuson

Knowing nothing about garage doors, it was easy to find and order the parts I needed. Saved me thousands after a local company quoted a complete replacement system. Customer service reached out after I ordered to triple check whether I ordered the right part for my situation. I highly recommend ordering from door-parts!

It was so easy to find exactly what we wanted and Tyler even reached out via phone and email to confirm we were getting exactly what we needed to complete our job. The part arrived very timely and we were able to help our customer get their door working again in no time. A very easy experience, from finding the product, to ordering and to getting our item shipped. Will be using Door-Parts.com again, for sure!

Door springs were exactly what I needed for the repairs of my garage door. Web site was easy to use. They even double checked with me to ensure that I received the correct door springs. Also the door springs came with replacement instructions which was very handy!!

Actually, the pricing was good. Me having to pay restocking fees for a condition that was legitimate and purchase another product from you for the legitimate replacement is lame. Other than that the customer service was good.

Customer service was great! The parts were an exact fit for my door. The instructions that came with the parts were good, but I also used a couple videos from DDM Garage Doors Inc for more details on how to disassemble/reassemble and adjust everything and how to remove stuck plastic tubes. Thanks!

Why pay $600 to have the local guys come out and install the new springs (between their mark up and service fees) IF you can do it yourself. The TorqueMaster system IMO should be the state-of-the-art system for garage door openers! Full stop! Unless you want or need to feel like "you're getting it done right" and willing to pay hundreds then order direct from Tyler and the boys at Wayne Dalton. These systems were designed to last a lifetime. Mine lasted 25 years until the left spring broke. It took me about two hours to replace the springs and half that time was due to me not reading the instructions all the way through. I now have a garage door that meets the test of (when the power is out) being able to disengage from the track and lift it with 10 pounds of arm strength. Before, with the left spring broken, it was making the Genie motor opener lift 75 to 80 pounds. Not good for older people who more than likely might have these systems. Good job Tyler. Thanks for walking me through the entire process!

Tyler at door-parts.com was extremely helpful. The springs I ordered were for an older winding kit and the ends didn't quite fit (my mistake). Tyler walked me through how to get these springs to work properly with the equipment I had and saved me both a lot of time and money. His help is what made this a five-star experience.
